Over the last few days, I’ve been moving the blog from it’s old home, over on Blogger, to it’s new home here on WordPress. The process was actually a lot more straightforward than I’d anticipated and, as of today, it’s more or less up and running.
There are still a few minor things to iron out, and the formatting for some of the older posts isn’t quite as good as I’d ideally like it to be, but the amount of time I’d have to expend in order to get everything ‘just so’ means that it probably isn’t worth worrying over too much.
A small point to note for the moment is that I’ve not added any tags yet so certain areas, such as the search facility, may not be working very well. Tags are always one of those things that I seem to struggle to get right, either having too many or not enough, so I’ve been somewhat putting it off. I will get onto them within the next couple of days though and endeavour to get it sorted.
Otherwise, nothing much to say except that there are still plenty of things to come over the next few weeks and months.
